customer service was awful. the lady with super blonde hair was rude. she interacted with other customers poorly, and gave off a rude attitude. it was my first time coming in, and i was excited to try it until i encountered her. :(

Great coffee and amazing staff

Love this place! Looks like a cozy place to hide and read with a great cup of coffee.

Overall good. I've been coming here not long after this place opened around January 2021. I do indeed like it very much. The customer's restroom (the other restroom is for employees only) has a broken handle. Has to be pulled hard in order to lock it. It's very important that this door handle be fixed because some people are getting their hands hurt from having to pull hard on this handle in order to lock it.

They have a very wonderful earthy taste to their coffee, and wonderful staff!!

They have excellent service only problem is that they don’t participate in app coupons so that’s a bummer

Stood there very awkward for over 5 minutes without a “hey welcome I’ll Be right with you”. So I let myself out lol these girls could benefit from a consumer service class

I was so excited when coffee bean finally came here. I started drinking this brand when I lived in southern California over 20 years ago and when I moved to the central valley I was devastated to learn they were not here. I can say when I finally had my first sip it was the same as it has always been. Now all I ask is to open more locations in Fresno
