Great food and service. Best priority pass club I’ve been in for food and service.

We were second in @5 am and we were surprised at the attentiveness of the staff and the food was good. Too early for bar service but with all the bad reviews, I wanted to post our good experience with the lounge.

i stumbled upon this place during the covid years when i was traveling. I normally lounge at the Delta Sky Club where I'm an elite regular, but the Sky Club was closed for a good while during and after covid so i started regularly visiting The Club Jax Lounge. I knew I had a membership but never had the opportunity to use it since I'm not quite sure where most of them are located - this one was totally HEAVEN sent during this period where I was looking to share a 'lounge experience' with my kids. The front end staff was SO FRIENDLY and accommodating after I told them my sob story of the Sky Club being closed and never having used the Priority Club service before - 1st world/1st class problems, I know. I pulled up my member number, they looked me up, and allowed my whole family and I to come in promptly and for free. They even prepared an entire section just for my family and I (see pictures). now, we ONLY goto the club jax when we travel as a family because they dont charge you extra for your kids like Delta does. AND they dont have restrictions on the type of plane ticket you have like they scrutinize you at the Delta Sky Club. Listen, the food isnt anything to write home about, but the never ending mimosas, margaritas, and cocktails along with the quiet atmosphere, and even a section for children is a WIN! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids room with some toys and their own TV - it's a bit secluded so you dont have to worry about disturbing the other 1st class travelers. I wish they had these priority clubs in every airport.

I was told there was a 30 minute wait, which already feels incredibly long. As a road warrior, I have never had to wait longer than 10 min for club access. I went to check status at the 40 minute mark and was told that they still had not called ANYONE off the waitlist in the last 30 minutes, despite the fact that I'd watched at least 20 people leave the club as I sat outside waiting. They informed me they were understaffed and then tried to explain how even with 20 people leaving they still don't have capacity to take anyone new in. I had several work calls that I was counting on a quiet place to work (hence why I pay for priority pass). Priority pass is NOT cheap, so not having adequate staff to accommodate members is disappointing. As of the time of this post, I have been waiting over an hour...

Arrived 1.5 hours before our flight. Checked in to be on the waiting list with no time eta. Saw others waiting before us who had waited even longer and when confronting the staff they were told it wasn’t a capacity issue but an “understaffing issue.” After waiting an hour we were told we were number 9 on the list. We finally had to head to our gate and of course we got the “we’re ready for you” text as soon as our flight was beginning to board. Mind you this is Jax, not a major airport. I can understand 30 minutes but we paid for a service and it is expected at some point. This location needs to catch up…

This one makes United clubs look fancy. Very small space, so there is a waiting list to get in. Once you’re in, be prepared for total disappointment. The seats are old, and torn and rather disgusting. The food buffet displays old bananas that are halfway rotten, and sad looking egg rolls, dried up soup, rice and some kind of scary looking g gumbo/stew. Staff are nice and courteous. WiFi connected but didn’t work, neither did the QR code on the table for placing orders.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful service. Great atmosphere and great food. It was a relaxing escape from the rest of the airport, while our flight delays (due to rainstorms) lasted ALL day into the late at night. The entire day turned into a fun date at the airport
