Always excellent service

Went to chicken shack to get 99 cent wings on $.99 Wednesday and the girl told me I was in the wrong place must’ve mistaken that with Wingstop

Ed at the register he takes care of me every time good guy!

There sauces are great and the fries are good. Unfortunately the tenders were way overworked, inedible. I recommend to change the strategy on cooking temperatures.

The buffalo chicken fries, although had good sauce, had dry chicken which was tasteless, and the fries were excessively salty. Without the cheese, buffalo and ranch sauces, that dish would have been inedible. The chicken strips themselves, although served hot right out of the fryer and we were eating inside the dining room, were dry and stringy! And, the batter was tasteless, as well as the chicken itself. The chicken was obviously not marinated at all, and no spices at all were included with the batter. Combined with the dryness, it was just terrible. Nice decor and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. The service was very good. They even took care of me when I complained about the macaroni and cheese, which was terrible. It had grainy cheese that tasted like it was straight out of the box, and the macaroni was so overcooked, that it turned into mush when you touched it. After I complained about the macaroni and cheese, the very nice guy behind the counter replaced it with some chicken and fries. Although the fries were properly cooked and served hot, they were too salty. And, you already know what I think about their chicken. No flavor; dry; stringy, and tasteless. I don't see a reason to ever come back to The Chicken Shack. After all, we were served a hot meal directly from the fryer, ate in their dining room, but it was still dry and tasteless. What are people getting after delivery? The only reason I gave two stars is because they were very friendly and had good service and it was a nice atmosphere.

Chicken shack has long held a place in our hearts. We did get some rotten coleslaw one time. I always wish places didn’t charge for sauces and they once had these shoestring fries that were exceptional. Despite these grievances- the chicken is very good. The salad was a surprising smash. It really is a good place to eat as long as you pass on the expired slaw. The macaroni and cheese was very good but the portion was itty bitty.

Their French fries are from another world!

Super friendly service. Seasonings on the chicken was perfect and food was quickly made! Favorite spot to eat.

Ok Im Waiting for my food after I pay for it and everything I go outside so they can see me waiting instead of waiting in my car I’m a welder so I’m coming from work they looking at me upside my head all crazy so atmosphere sucks at this location then it’s pouring raining out I’m outside mind you I smoke a cigarette they say can I not do that outside I’ll never go to this location that’s so dumb like why push out the working people that actually pay for food . and giving you some actual business ….as if I’m like a bum or I’m lottering or something . I said nothing got my food got out there never going to location atmosphere sucks !
