Can’t go wrong with the wings here . Cashier was courteous. Restaurant was clean and organized. Food was hot and served out quickly. Football game was on.
This is the best chicken shack in Vegas. They also have some of the best French fries I've ever had. Lol. Chicken is always good and juicy. Portions are on point and the sauces are all really good. Ive tried most of them already. Go tos are Korean BBQ, sweet chili, my fav - chili lime, and teriyaki. Ranch is a must. Take me with you when you go. Lol.
We walked in 2 minutes before close not realizing that they closed at 9pm. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and felt welcomed. Once we realized that they were closing literally right then, we asked if they wanted us to leave and they said no! They were happy taking our order and made sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. The manager that ran this crew tonight rocked it and every one else was so nice and worked so hard! We will never go to another chicken shack but this one. The crew treats you like family here. <3
They were so kind. We came in late and didn’t realize they closed earlier than the other locations. We were going to leave but they were so kind and told us to go ahead and order. It wasn’t a small order either. They were able to get our food done in a very good timely manner and were so kind. Thank y'all!!!
This place has the best fried chicken in Las Vegas. I used to eat here 4-6 times per week. However this will be my last visit. I asked for a water cup to go with my meal and I was handed a paper shot glass. I asked for a regular size cup to eat my food with and had to argue with the manager about getting a regular adult sized water cup to go with my meal. She explained to me “she pays for those cups” and expects me to go refill my water after every sip with the shot glass they gave me. I’m good on that. I’ll just take my business to raising canes where I don’t have to argue with management in front of customers about a water cup.
The food's not bad, but they want to make sure they take every dime from you when there's plenty of other places out there to get good chicken from.
Chicken was decent but a bit tough. I got the Hot sauce called Hot which was not hot at all. Literally just tangy/sour which wasn't bad flavor buy had no heat. Fries were solid I'd say! Presentation is solid too. I also think the chicken should be seasoned more than it is. Service is solid! Clean restrooms etc.
I went there for lunch today and attempted to get an unsweetened tea from the dispenser. I tasted it and it was sour, so I dumped it and asked for a new cup from the woman behind the register and let her know it had gone sour. She goes "that's strange, WE JUST MADE IT YESTERDAY." Friends I grew up in the south and one thing I do know is that iced tea doesn't last at room temp overnight. She grabbed a sample cup and drank the whole thing and left it out instead of replacing it. Completely revolting.
