Un lugar muy bonito. Se siente relajante. El servicio de y la comida igual. La bebida que pedí fue lo que más me gustó. Solo que los cubiertos estaban un poco sucios. Deberían lavarlos mejor

Outstanding dining experience highlighted by impeccable service from our waiter, Sean! The steak was delicious and the signature cheesecake was divine. Love the Cheesecake factory food made to perfection and the service was wonderful, I went on my birthday and they gave me a large piece of cheesecake of my choice

Great food and service

Cheesecake Factory is always good to us! Our usual are: strawberry lemon, fried Mac n cheese, egg rolls sampler, warm crab dip, shrimp scampi, steak Diane/herb crusted salmon, barbecue salad... oh sweet tooth? Carrot cake, chocolate tower truffle cake, white chocolate Godiva, and brownies is a must as well.

Service was incredibly slow even though Cheesecake wasn't busy. My burger was bland and tasteless. I ordered something else which the server got wrong and I had to sent it back. Manager came over to ask me what the problem was. Found him unpleasant and inappropriately dressed in an odd looking track suit. I explained the problem. he suggested another dish and that he would personally make sure that it would not take long to get it. Almost 45 minutes later it finally arrived. By then I was tired of the endless wait, I lost my appetite but didn't want to complain. Manager never returned to see if everything was ok which it absolutely wasn't and I was fed up. He should not have charged me and should have apologize for the endless delays. I was there for two hours!!! Not going back to Cheesecake Factory in West palm t. My experience there was a disaster!
