My Mom's favorite lunch place! Parking: You can get Validation for patronage. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room
Good service, huge menu, and lots of seating. The Cheesecake Factory is iconic with kid-friendly atmosphere and seating to accommodate large groups and intimate seats for two people. You get complimentary bread with butter with your meal. The lunch sized fish and chips were delicious with the perfect batter and a slightly sweet fish, which also came with a refreshing coleslaw. The turkey sandwich had so much meat but lacked taste. The Mexican tortilla soup is delicious. The server was fast to accommodate but the food took a bit of time. Soda is a set price with unlimited refills. We had the delicious cheesecake for dessert with frozen strawberries dipped in sugar. There was too much whipped cream as it was on the side and on top of the cheesecake. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience and would recommend for families and people with picky eaters as menu is very extensive.
The service here was worse than at McDonald's. My waitress was absent, rushed me, and seemed out of it. The front desk ladies were condescending and rude. The cooks were cool, though. They need to hire better staff, this service here was so terrible that I’m taking the time to write this.
I have come here a few times, being a cheesecake factory their food is decent. Good flavor and portion sizes. The service here is not good at all however. My friend and I took a seat at a small table near the bar which was open seating and were not greeted by anyone, including one of the managers that passed us by multiple times. When we finally got their attention they seemed almost annoyed that we asked to be served. That was just one time, another time I came to pick up a cake for a friends going away party, it must have been a shift change because while waiting at the register/bakery to be assisted all their AM servers were waitimg to be paid out for the day. They skipped me multiple times to take care of their servers. I would think good customer service dictates helping a paying customer first then paying out their servers after a short time. I have been to better cheesecake factories, plenty of better places to eat on the promenade.
