The Cheesecake Factory

OMG. Every once in a while you have one of those meals where it meets all your expectations and more. I just had one of these here. Ordered the small (really?) portion of the Thai lettuce wraps with grilled avocado. The fresh, clean, crispy produce. The three excellent sauces. I even ate the display purple cabbage leaves! ha. The waiter suggested I try the Asian lettuce wraps next time. Tomorrow sounds good.

Good food. Too crowded…

Bad service, they do not how to manage a restaurant. 10 people working with the medium attendance of restaurant, and they would not serve us for half an hour. Cocktails contianed only traces of alcohol and for sure not cheap. Out of convenient location, nothing worth visiting.

I was excited to go have dinner but was greatly disappointed with our experience , unlike any Cheesecake Factory I've been to. From the moment we walked in and sat waiting for someone to acknowledge us, bring us water or menus. We sat right next to the bar which was littered with multiple empty settings so that we couldn't sit. I had to flag someone down to help us. After we ordered it took 30 minutes to get our drinks as we watched someone else sit at the bar and get her drink while we were waiting. I then at 40 minutes had to ask if our appetizers or even the bread we had asked for was coming. Half our food came, no bread and then another 10 minutes before my sister in law got her appetizer and entree at the same time. When we got our bill we were over charged but by that time so frustrated we just paid to be done. While waiting for our food we watched three managers make a huge fuss over the proper placement of candles being out out and silverware being removed. If maybe they had put that much effort into helping their staff maybe we would have had a better experience. The two stars is because the food was good and on par with other locations.

We were told by the front desk staff that the waiting time is 30mins but were made to wait for more than 60 mins. When we asked the other staff why is it taking so long they all told the waiting time today is more than 60 mins. The staff at the front desk was absolutely not cooperative and just kept pushing the wait time when groups after us kept getting tables.

Ordered Thai lettuce wraps and found a cockroach in the sauce :(( Edit: reached out to the contact form they replied with and they sent me a $25 gift card but no human reached out to learn anything more or apologize. I won’t be returning to use the gift card…

I placed an online pick up order by the time I got home, the food was so salty! I am not one to watch my salt intake but this was unbearable! I got in touch with the store and a manager and I was on hold for 1hr! I called back again and that was another 50min. Absolutely ridiculous!
