I always like the cheesecake factory. Never mind my experience in each one in this branch. In particular, my experience was okay. The server was nice. The food was nice, and we always over order. I do think the cheesecake is a bit overpriced. But does that stop us from ordering and over ordering never!
Nice food, nice cheesecake.
I had no idea that they had such a huge menu there were so many dishes to choose from and omg the food was so delectable oh and let's not for get the variety of cheese cakes. It's not just a cheese cake NO! It's a plethora of cake, cream cheese, filling, just go get you a slice you will see.
Big menu with many good choices. Food quality and atmosphere were great. However, it took way too long to take our order and the same for receiving it.
Good food great waitstaff
We came to visit San Diego and after a surprise marriage proposal we decided to celebrate at Cheesecake Factory because of the food selection for our party of 8 plus to infants. We had such a horrible experience! It all started with missing mashed potatoes for 2 plates and finding substitutions side dishes, followed by four cheese pastas with 2-4 small pieces of chicken, a steak Diane plate that took 10 minutes to bring out after all our food was out, shrimp that was missing (on a plate that was order with shrimp) but the icing on the cake was a piece of metal wire found on my sons pasta ( he found it while chewing) the manager apologized and said that she knew that the piece of metal was from the scrubbing sponges that they use to wash the pans and pots. After all these inconvenience the manager gave us a discount of the steak Dianne and the pasta plate, plus two desserts. We were ok with it ( we were not trying to take advantage of the situation) But I wonder how they handled our food and what else they did to our food, my fiancé had a terrible stomach ache all night long, and I woke up throwing up. This was all so terrible!
We had a great experience here. We stayed at a hotel nearby and stopped by for dinner. It was crowded, but we quickly bypassed the lines and sat at the bar area. They serve the full menu here. Our server was there in a flash with the happy hour menu. Another helper gave us a full menu. The service was our highlight, along with the Godiva chocolate and Cinnabon Cheesecakes! We felt very welcomed here. Each server checked on us, answered our questions, or just took a few seconds to chat. Though they were very busy, they made you feel that you were a priority. The Cuban sandwich was very tasty. Not sure what my ladie's chicken dish was named, but she enjoyed this. Our primary server was such an amazing person. I wish I remembered his name, but he had only been in SD a short time from Washington. He was the best!!! Overall, we'll be back if we are back in this area. Props to everyone who helped us.
