Love cheesecake factory... this location is great

When arriving I advised front desk that we were a party of 3. 20 mins after I get a text notifying me that my table is ready. Lady in the front signs when she sees us and says the table she had ready, was for a party two, and that she couldn’t place a high chair in that area. So… She said she would put us down as a party of 3 and for us to go back to waiting area. I said okay and continued to wait. Shortly after I get another text stating my table was ready. I approach the front and the gentleman says I apologize the lady didn’t change your party size and we still don’t have your table ready. At this point I was a bit frustrated because since my arrival I stated I was a party of 3 but I remained patient and I sat back down. I then get the third text stating my table was ready. I approach the front and the gentleman says wait up here in the front someone will come get you shortly. Lady hostess approaches the front, completely ignores us, calls another party of 3 and walks them to their table. Gentlemen up front seemed confused and literally says “she just walked another party to your table”. At this point I ask to speak to the manager thinking she would be sincere and considerate to what we had just experienced and although I showed her the texts and I explained, she was not. She made no eye contact with me, didn’t even glance at my phone, didn’t apologize, and just stated she would try to get me a table. I had never experienced this in any restaurant and I was more upset with how we were treated because we were coming from out town to celebrate a birthday and believe me with how the hostess and the manager acted towards us we were not in the mood of celebrating anything after. Such a horrible experience.

They were extremely busy so I get the long wait and such. The front end taking reservations and seating folks was a bit disorganized however. We got passed over a couple of times on being seated. In terms of the service we received once we were seated it was excellent. I cannot remember the young man's name that waited our table but he did a fantastic job.

Not sure why they wait was super long. The wait makes the experience not as great. Pancakes were good.
