The Cheesecake Factory

If I could rate lower I would. The place was nice. The server was very slow, and not very tentative to her tables. Nothing tops the food it was disgusting. My boyfriend, sister, and I all couldn’t finish our meals. Mashed potato’s were cold, chicken was over cooked. This was our first time coming here and we will never go back. For our table to spend over 150 in total, the food should have been a lot better. The only thing we liked was the Mac and cheese balls. I got the Shepards pie cause the waitress said it was we popular the meet tastes werid and was over cooked, mashed potato’s were cold. I ended up getting a second order of Mac and cheese balls to take home cause I was still hungry but couldn’t eat anymore if it. My boyfriend got the chicken and steak combination, cold mashed potato’s chicken was really burnt, steak was over cooked. My sister got the chicken basil pasta, 3 small pieces of chicken. We got 3 deserts cause we just wanted to get out of there, we've never been so disappointed in a restraunt especially for how much it costed. So people beware atleast for our experience we think Applebees is so much better and a lot cheaper

We made reservations of our 86 year old neighbors birthday. Her husband passed away last year and she had never been to Cheesecake Factory and we wanted to treat her. We were very fortunate to get David D as a waiter. He treated us like gold and her like a queen. You can tell he is like by his peers, because they pitched in to help him as well. It wound up being my best ever visit to Cheesecake Factory on McKnight or anywhere else in t he last 20 years. Our neighbor was so touched she cried. The icing on the cake was him lighting a birthday candle and we got to sing her happy birthday. The food was also excellent. Additionally, EVERY employee Saturday night was friendly. Saying hello, goodbye, thank you for coming. I spent years working in the restaurant industry and this was truly a great, genuine, experience. Thank you, and especially thank you to David D. You made an old woman very . Blessings always.

Ah the cheddar cake factory, it's an art form to pack that many calories into each dish. Good for a bulk maybe?! Kid-friendliness: They allow children here

Food was excellent… had breakfast for dinner.. server kept disappearing..

They tried to accommodate my dietary restrictions to the best of their ability. My meal lacked seasoning, and the steamed green beans were tough. My wife's meal was mediocre. I most likely will not fine there again. The managers were great, they did their best. Dietary restrictions: Not many gluten free/dairy free/soy free options

OK so you go here for the cheesecake and it's outstanding. The actual food is very good also. Here is where the cheesecake factory can do better. The experience sucks! From the time you walk in and people are hovered around, the people taking your name for seating are not pleasant and then because there is no system you have people getting cheesecake for the tables and weaving in and out of people, these same people breathing on your cheesecake before it gets to the table. Again do better cheesecake factory. Our server this time was lousy, she kept rushing us and trying to take plates before we were done. If it weren't for gift cards we wouldn't go back, we would just order cheesecake to go.
