Grubbing dinner and left there with an original cheesecake. Parking: Easy parking Kid-friendliness: Seem too be, plenty parents with kids when I was there.

I'm going to start by saying I love the food at Cheesecake Factory. However, the staff and service at this particular location are abysmal. Twice in a row I've ordered DoorDash from here and whoever it is that they have checking orders at the desk has given my food to the wrong person. The second time it happened, I called the store and asked to speak with the manager (Feb 5, 2024) to ask about it, and he would not let me get out a single complete sentence to explain what had happened. He kept passing the blame to DoorDash and the driver, despite me trying to interject multiple times to explain that our driver arrived at the store and was told the food was already given out. That the CHEESECAKE FACTORY EMPLOYEE gave the order to a random person, not that our driver had taken the food and absconded with it, but again, he talked over me for the entire conversation, was responding as if following a script and not actually responding to anything that I was saying to him to imply that he was actually listening. Will not order food from this location again as their floor staff obviously do not pay attention and the managerial staff are unwilling to accept criticism on that front and are unable to have a two way phone call to handle customer concerns. Will be contacting the General Manager. ------------------------- UPDATE: 2/14/2024 In response to the reply I received: "Next time, please let our managers know if anything can be improved so we can do our best to make it right." The only reason I was upset enough to leave the review in the first place was BECAUSE of the manager. The manager was the one who was rude and dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to let him know if anything could be improved, the manager was the one who would not let me finish a single sentence when I tried to speak to him, the manager is the one who cost you my business. Missed the point entirely.

The food is always great and let's not forget the desserts. Love toe strawberry cheese cake. The service is always great. I'd recommend making reservations ahead of time to avoid a lengthy wait. Prices have gone up but the food and service make it worth it.

The Korean Fried Chicken is really good.

Had a wonderful lunch with a little shopping afterwards. Good service, very tasty food and nice atmosphere. Not to mention the best cheesecake ever. Parking: This location is in the Meadowood mall. Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: There are choices on the menu for little ones. High chairs are available. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are doubled. The staff will help get you in the door. Tables are placed to accommodate the chairs.
