We have been to this location a couple of times and will not come back. The food we ordered was not correct. Service was awful. Waitress was never around/doing her job, and our bill included items we did not order. This location needs to figure out the awful plumbing smell and fix the problem. Reached out to customer service regarding issues - still no response back.
We started with a great server, then they switched off (we didn't know they'd switched) and then we ended up neglected. Took forever to ask for dessert, to-go boxes, and the check. Was bad with kids in the group/party because that took an extra half hour. The kids' meal fruit was definitely not fresh. It looked old, dry, and wrinkled. That's not good. Kid-friendliness: Good if you have a good server. NOT good if you have a forgetful or less than efficient server. Wheelchair accessibility: From parking to table, the entire restaurant is accessible.
My first time in, great experience, my girlfriend was so happy, from today The Cheese Factory is my favorite place, I recommend everyone to visit.
In CA, our food for five arrived promptly within 20 minutes. This place is great and we had a good time. Wish we could always go to cheesecake factory in CA locations instead of TN. The service at the Cheesecake Factory in Brentwood, TN, fell short of expectations. We endured a 49-minute wait, and the waitress neglected to check on us, leaving our drinks unattended
I thought I was walking into a nightclub the music was so loud that my ears were ringing for several hours after my dining experience. I was looking forward to having a quiet intimate lunch with my fiance, it didn't happen. I requested a table for two and asked how long the wait would be and the host sarcastically replied " 45 minutes!" When in reality it was only a 15 minute wait. The dining area where they seat parties of 2 are only about a foot and a half wide. No room for anything. Our server was transparently obvious that he did not want to wait on us nor give us quality service. My fiance ordered an ice tea, when she requested some sugar he gave her a most rude look. I had to go find the sugar container myself because he never bothered to bring any to the table. Oh yeah, his tip percentage was getting smaller. Then I ordered a hamburger with no lettuce and mashed potatoes instead of fries. The burger had lettuce, which I am allergic to and it was served with fries. I brought both of these issues to his attention and received another dirty look. The mashed potatoes did not come out until after our meal was consumed so we had to take it in a to-go container. Unacceptable! This has to be the worst restaraunt location for this chain. Turn down the music and pay attention to the needs of your customers.
