The Cheesecake Factory

This has to be one of the worst ones i’ve been to. Seems obvious that their understaffed. A couple next to us waited 2 hours to be seated which is a bit too long but expected on weekends, while we three people found a table immediately. The food takes soo long to get served. We orderd fish and chips and it was all undercooked and the french fries looked like leftovers. Also i got 2 jugs of pepsi spilled on me which was a first time, and the manager really didn’t bother compensating for that . Nachos were good Probably not coming back

I recently visited Cheesecake Factory in Philadelphia with a group of three, and while the atmosphere and service were commendable, there was a notable hiccup that left a sour taste. We placed only one order throughout our visit, and to our surprise, the bill totaled $60. The disappointment came when we discovered a mandatory gratuity fee added to the bill. While I understand the importance of tipping, making it mandatory seemed unnecessary for such a small party. If gratuity is meant to be compulsory, it would be more transparent to include it in the menu or clearly communicate it beforehand. This unexpected addition left us questioning the fairness of the practice. The overall experience would have been more enjoyable without this unexpected financial twist.

Server nasty didn’t even take my parties order walked away not once but twice. I ask for a different server the manager comes over still doesn’t take the order and co- signs the servers nasty attitude saying oh she has a attitude I’m shocked she’s the sweetest person I know. Well why couldn’t we just get our order taken the two times she was at the table it was only drink and app orders and everyone knew what they wanted. Of course she’s probably sweet to the manager but what do the customers say. No wonder that lady didn’t want that man to take her to the Cheesecake Factory. If you want to be treated without respect go there otherwise don’t. We then went to the Oyster house now that’s service. I’ve had better service At McDonald’s not taking anything from the hard working people that serve At McDonald’s. I’ve never really been a fan but thought I’d give it a try. Never again my daughter already didn’t want to come here.
