The Cheesecake Factory

We love Cheesecake Factory is one of our favorite restaurants, was no longer, the last couple times that we are been there the food is not good at all, my mother in law order a chicken was really dry, and taste not fresh like doing at the moment this was something froze and defrosted, I can't even found the flavor for the chicken tenders for my kids, so bad, mine was ok, but the chicken same thing dry and not flavor, we order the Hersey cheesecake that we love so much thinking that could end the food ok, but not good no fresh at all, tasting like a old cheesecake, the only think that was good was the waiter , very nice and polite but the food, please I know the economy is bad but food need quality and need to be fresh, specially if as costumer we are spending our money. Definitely we are not coming back.

Huge menu with Mexican Cuban Korean and Italian dishes...cheesecake was expensive $10.95 slice but so rich and creamy...I just can't justify $25 for 2 slices. Service was super...,Doral FL location is huge and tastefully designed. ENJOY

I purchased the $50 gift card from this cheesecake factory shop along with a $15 gift card as a reward. The lady from the shop who was selling gift cards informed us that the gift cards are non-expiring and can be used at any time in the future. Last week, we opened a $15 gift card, and it expired. I tried to talk with customer service, but they did not help me. The people in this shop are selling the gift cards by making customers fools. And then, not helping them. The company's employees also do the same and make fools of customers. The cheesecake factory is the worst food outlet in the US, with the worst customer service. I will never go to the cheesecake factory in the future. It is better to give money to needy people rather than to cheaters like the cheesecake factory.
