Great food. Had been a few years since I had been there, much better than I remembered.

Server was great had a good time.

Waited way too long just for cheesecake. The trans dude working that area was being way too theatrical and dramatic which just added to the delay and it was annoying

Good food and the staff is so friendly!

I got one full Tiramusu cheesecake for a birthday last month. Upon arrival I noticed it was not a cheesecake but a cake and it was completely frozen. We had to buy another cake and everyone was pretty disappointed.

Logan was an exceptional waitress she went above and beyond very pleased with the restaurant and service

Prices went up otherwise great cheesecake as always Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

The woman at the bakery counter was awful. I pre-ordered a cheesecake the day before, and she got the order all wrong. It took them 45 minutes to even bring me my cake when I called ahead and said that I was going to be there in half an hour to pick it up. They said they would have it ready when I arrived. In that 45 minutes that I was standing right in front of her counter, she asked me 4 times if she could help me like I hadn't been standing there the whole time. They forgot the chocolate birthday plaque that I ordered. I had to wait for that also. She dropped the cake on the counter 5 times before she got it in the bag. So much for my son's 21st birthday cake. A crumbled mess. Wasted $69.95 on it. Awful service. I would not recommend ordering from the bakery here. I also could see the staff standing around in the back throwing napkins at each other from the dirty trays and also from the floor. They were just standing around, pointing at people laughing and whispering. Come on, Cheesecake Factory. You can do better!
