Took forever to be waited on. Then took more time to get a drink. It doesn’t matter, all the folks will still go this noisy joint.

Terrible experience. Tough steak, cold French fries, greasy chicken sandwich and way overpriced. I contacted them about the problems and never heard back. Very poor experience...would not recommend.

management assured a party of 15, then at the last minute told us they didn't do large parties and we would have to sit separately. she was very rude and un accommodating. I will never return to this store

Yummy. Very busy on a Tuesday and service was a little slower but still good in consideration of how many tables he had.

My mom and I had such a horrible experience with the hostess here yesterday. We came for lunch, around 12:30 and asked to be seated on the patio. It wasn’t very busy at all and there were plenty of seating options. My mom is going through cancer treatment right now and has a weakened immune system, so when the waitress attempted to seat us back to back with another table (and I mean the backs of the chairs were literally touching - even if her immune system wasn’t an issue, I doubt any person wants to rub heads with a stranger behind them) we requested to sit one table away from that one. The waitress said the table hadn’t been cleaned yet, we asked that it be wiped down because my mom has a weak immune system and cant be too close to others especially while eating. She responded SO RUDELY by saying “well this probably isn’t the place for you then”. We were both shocked and left. Wish we got her name to report her to management.

Oh boy! This is not the norm when I visit the Cheese cake factory and in fact my 1st bad review ever towards them, but they have to know and understand why I am providing this information. Let's start with checking in we where advised there will be a 40 min wait we where like ok. Time went by and past 40 min we approached the staff and they advised they are waiting for a table, another 15 min went by now they advised the table they where waiting on are taking longer to leave and I was like you have over 100 tables in here surely you can seat us somewhere party of 4. Another 10 min passes by and Ya we get a table after waiting over one hour. Then we are seated. Server Nick very nice and polite took our orders. I asked for the Angel Hair Pasta w/shrimp. Let me first explain I ordered this because it has the less sauce advertised as my tummy does not do well with to much pasta sauce. Out came out starters, drinks and then main course. My meal looked like it was pasta drowned in soup as you will see in the picture provided and also take a look at the ingredients of the meal. I was like ok let me try to separate the angel hair from the sauce . I tried but it was so soaked in it. I brought this to the server attention and all he could do was say do you want me to bring back to the kitchen to remake. At this time my tummy was feeling the sauce and I asked if i could have it to go. Well to my surprise he came out with a small container with angel hair and sauce on it, I was like OMG. I remained silent which was not like me but I was like I will do his another way and that brings me here. Basically I $24.95 for a dish that was not provided as advertised and the chef should be addressed by this. Estero Cheese cake factory will not be a future restaurant for us to visit. F.Y.I - A touch of Marinara sauce. More like the whole can. Would love to hear from the restaurant Manager from this restaurant. L.M NFM. UPDATE 2/28/2024 I replied to the managers response and I also emailed them as suggested and too no surprise I have yet to hear from them.
