Food was excellent but my partner and I had a terrible experience with a waitress named Andrea. She had charged both of our cards twice by mistake after using a $25 gift card then proceeded to lie about it saying it was protocol that when you partial pay with a gift card you are supposed to get charged twice and wait 48 hours for your money to go back on your card with an attitude. Her manager Brian then explained it wasn't the case and a mistake had been made, while the waitress never even apologized. Smh.

Love this Place! Food Delish an plentiful.... Service was terrific ... Pricey but u get more for your buck! Which nowadays any where u go is Pricey.. But this isn't McDonald's... Where a Big Mac is Expensive!!! I would go,back to this place in A Heartbeat!

I have been to other Cheesecake Factory locations,And the service and food was amazing.But this location in Queens was horrible.The waiter looked tired and couldn’t wait for his shift to be over with.The food took over and hour to be served.The food was cold and prepared horribly.The cocktails was watered down.When I asked the waiter for a different drink.He said I don’t recommend frozen drinks here,Because they are horrible.The manger came and said I will take one of the entree off.Never going back again,Food was horrible.

Food is alright. Super friendly staff but extremely long wait time for food and drinks. Dishes are a bit pricey.

For my Granddad's 81st birthday, he requested to go to Cheesecake Factory, and that's exactly what we did. We had a wonderful time, enjoying good food and each other's company. While I typically avoid dining at franchised establishments, I was more than happy to make an exception for my grandpa. It's important to cherish the people in our lives while we still can, and I couldn't help but feel that my grandmother was looking down on us from heaven, smiling. I must mention the exceptional service we received from the staff. Manny, our server, was truly amazing - patient, sweet, and incredibly helpful, even taking the time to assist us while on his break. Muhammad, who covered for him during his break, was equally fantastic. The manager Brian handled a minor mistake in our order with grace, going above and beyond by offering us complimentary spinach instead of letting it go to waste. The entire team was clearly well-trained, and it showed in the impeccable service they provided. It's been years since I've experienced such outstanding service, and I am truly grateful. I am already looking forward to revisiting Cheesecake Factory. Our experience was nothing short of amazing, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who made it so special. I ordered the spinach dip and the tortilla chips they gave me were drenched in butter

I’ve been to this location 3x and everytime it feels like the servers are overwhelmed and overworked. Today I arrived at 7:45PM and nobody came to my table to even bring water until 8:05, and when I asked the waiter for bread and water for the table he seemed annoyed. Today was definitely my last time going there because the bread they brought out was so hard my tooth cracked while eating it. I’m definitely suing because dental work is way too expensive. I asked to speak to a manager and she started feeling the bread (that was in my mouth) which I thought was gross. I couldn’t enjoy ANYTHING that I ordered so I asked them to take it back and they took it back and still tried to charge me when I didn’t touch anything that was served except the hard bread. I won’t be returning which is such a shame. I still ended up spending $100 tonight for a toothache and 2 drinks I could’ve made at my house and still saved $50

The food is really amazing. Everything that I had was on point. I did take out so I don't know how the dine in experience is. The first time I went to cheesecake factory was in Westbury which was horrible. Roaches. But this location so far, so good.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory and all the folks who helped us were professional and kind. The manager and staff accommodated our large reservation with adults and kids. Any bit of help a busy parent can get is much appreciated! Our waiter was very attentive and courteous. The staff selling cheesecakes also recommended the upside down pineapple cheesecake and it was REAL good! Thanks for a good experience today
