The Cheesecake Factory

Staff had a terrible attitude and although the place was nearly empty, it took 30 minutes to get a simple meal to go. It's cheesecake factory so standard food.

First Impression, walked into the front door and greeted by a rude hostess. Sat down, waiter was good and the food came to our table relatively fast. The food was good however, as I was eating I pulled a sizable piece of plastic out of my dish. Very unpleasant, glad my child didn’t get that plate. Manager said I could order something else and took my plate away, after admitting she recognized where the plastic came from.

Excellent service and tasty food.

I work with deliveries, and today, March 4, I was disrespected by the employee who delivers the orders and by the site manager, where there were 3 people on site and none of them were willing to come and deliver the order, when I asked someone to deliver my order to me, From afar, the employee didn't even look at me and arrogantly told me to wait, I asked again, she came with ignorance, and said that if I wasn't satisfied that I should speak to the manager, I tried to talk to her, and got the answer. same result, extremely arrogant service!!! I'm not a client but I'm represented there!! extremely disappointed with the place!!!!
