Came for a celebration, originally went to the Burlington Mall cheesecake factory, which has horrible service and we were expecting very little. The waiters were smiling, the food was excellent, and they were happy to provide boxes to take home the ludicrous amounts of food they provided. Vegetarian options: The veggie Burger is one of the best burgers I have had, meat or no meat.

On 01/29/24 I Placed a large take-out order. Turkey burger for my husband I asked for no cheese(health reasons) cooked onions, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes and sweet potatoes fries. I received only avocado and CHEESE. I ordered a Turkey club sandwich with no mayo because I wanted bacon. I received the Renee's Turkey sandwich. Jambalaya the pasta was overcooked the food had no flavor and macaroni and cheese balls and white chicken chilli. The young man that took my order actually repeated the order back to me 2 times. My husband waited over 30 minutes when we came to pick it up, for our order to be wrong. I'm not getting free food I'm paying for the food. I'm trying to see where the disconnect is from the front to the kitchen and if they didn't have what I ordered isn't that the reason why they ask me for a contact number ? Quality and quantity matters and keeps loyal customers returning

We had an extremely negative experience with management in Cheesecake Factory Prudential mall. We went in the evening, me and my young boy who loves CF. The story: The waitress took our order and didn't remind us closing time or not any last call. 10-15minutes into our meal, a Lady manager with glasses dark curley hair suddenly comes up says, we are closing in 5 minutes. I told her my son is special needs and needed more notice. She says PLEASE LEAVE, and calls a white hair manager who was even meaner to watch us get dressed and kick us out. On our way out there was an American party of like 6 people at the bar area, very rowdy, they were not being invited to leave, so I dont understand how is it that we are different? as is it that They are not Asian like I am? Or is it that their hair is not green like mine? This was the winter time in 2021. We are Chinese and had been suffering alot of unfriendliness mostly in the Backbay, Jamaica plain area of Boston. Update: it is 2024, I live in the area but have not gone back to Cheesecake Factory since 2021 bc of the disgusting treatment from the management team at prudential mall in Boston backbay.
