The Cheesecake Factory

This is the second year I came here for my birthday, last year I had a gift card and we came and ate dinner. After dinner I went to pay with the gift card and that’s when they told me they couldn’t accept it as their reader was down. After getting the manager over they finally just decided to trust me that it was a new gift card and they accepted it on good merit so I decided I’d come back this year. This year we came again for my birthday just my wife and I, we didn’t want to wait so when trying to get a reservation they made me make an account. No big deal but part of the rewards of signing up is getting a free slice of cheesecake on your birthday. I signed up and made my reservation. My wife and I showed up for dinner, the honored our reservation and the waitress was amazing. But 3 out of 4 of our dishes were not good, especially for $20-25 a plate. We don’t like to complain and we just accepted it is was it is. The waitress asked if we wanted any cheesecake and we ordered a slice and she had me put my phone number for the rewards. What they failed to mention was you cannot be eligible for your birthday reward the day you register. I understand they probably have alot of people trying to scam them. But it feels like a constant scam going there. The food is low quality, they always have some reason for not honoring their offers, and this location is specific has horrible parking. Disappointed for a restaurant that is supposed to be nicer dining. Just let this be a warning, I rarely rate a place a one star but this is a Cheesecake Factory to avoid!

The food was same. No matter where you try for Cheesecake Factory. It all depends on service and that was really good. We ordered drinks as well for the first time and they did surprise. They were good and better than other places that we have tried. Thanks

Wonderful meal

The best cheesecake! If you like s'mores you should try their s'mores cheesecake! It's my favorite!

Prices aint great but the food is pretty good. Parking: Lots of spots but usually more people look for one of the parking garages it might be your only chance Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of cars to dodge but should be pretty manuverable especially if you get good parking but good luck...
