The atmosphere was really nice but we ordered an appetizer and two dishes. Found a brown hair in the appetizer, I'm like alright, it happens. Whatever, but when I found another long brown hair inside the pizza dough I was done. Which was a shame because the Spinage and artichoke pizza was pretty good. They should work on their hairnet game. 5 stars for atmosphere, one star for service and food.
This place is terrible the staff is terrible the atmosphere is not bad here but don't get the burgers unless you want heart burn
The food and service were decent but the location overlooking the lake and the quaint old building ambiance make it worth the drive.
Got there just in time for the Lions to win!
First time here. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the staff were friendly, and it is a great place to unwind if you're not in a rush. We had a group of 4 people and ordered drinks, an appetizer, fish & chips, and a salad with 2 soups. It was Saturday night and although there were only 4 tables occupied, it was more than she could handle. It took several minutes to get our drinks and the appetizer never came out unfortunately. The dinners were a sufficient size and not bad. The cod was moist & decent, but the "beer batter" was not as good as I had hoped. The fries were good though. Service was slower than we liked, but again, the waitress was friendly and apologized. All and all, an ok meal, in a good location with fair prices.
