Great food...fun atmosphere (especially tiki bar in the warm months)...live music...it will be your new favorite spot your welcome lol
Stumbled on this place! Amazing food… “scratch kitchen” means all items made fresh including the bread and dipping sauces :)
My family and I decided to go out to eat for dinner. We are new to the area so we’ve never tried this restaurant before we decided to try it out. We arrived at 6:30 PM. We got seated and we’re handed water which is fine the waitress in that area was attending other customers not once she turned to us say hello nothing which is fine but then we waited and waited and waited. The owner passes by and ask us if we received the menu for the St. Patrick’s Day special we said no, and we didn’t receive anything at all. She gave us the menu and walked away, we are still waiting. I’m assuming he’s the bus boy because he isn’t a waiter because later on he said he didn’t have a number which we’ll get to that. He finally came and asked us what we wanted and was surprised that we weren’t even asked to drink yet he took our drink order and we still waited by 7:15 PM. We decided it was time to go. I walked to the table where the waitress take the orders to cancel the order and the waitress that was supposed to handle that already had an attitude and saying the owner asked you and you said you wanted more time which was not the case, and as I’m speaking to her, she walked off. After all this is done, my husband goes back to talk to the owner and the manager Sabrina Decides to tell him there’s nothing they can do basically and that we were only waiting for 20 minutes after our drinks were taken, but what about the minutes before which again we were there for 45 minutes. The place was empty so no need for the delay or the attitude. The waitress was super quick to help and be super friendly to a couple right before we walked out. I highly do not recommend this place at all.
Lauren was the only server working and nonetheless provided a truly genuine, kind and professional service. She was hard working and personable and valued providing a quality experience which I really appreciate despite being short staffed. The busser, who's name im forgetting was also lovely, intelligent and supportive. It's always inspiring to see a team be able to work together in a collaborative way, especially in a time of short staffing and reduced wages. Food wise it was very good, the perogies slapped! As did the smoked trout. Next time I'm passing through I look forward to stopping by
Out on a driving adventure north of us, we stopped in here for lunch on a Saturday. Great blues music playing around the bar, think Gary Moore. The Jack Daniels burger was delicious! Very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Washed down with a half liter of Oktoberfest beer and looking out onto the lake.
Best burger I've ever had, keep this place alive. it's such a hidden gem. Chicken sandwich is CRISPY the right way and the burgers are the best burgers
Great night with a friend enjoying delicious food and drinks while overlooking the lake. Went on a recommendation from family. I am looking forward to visiting again soon.
They opened at 4 PM, so we stopped for a late lunch/early dinner. First time there. Hugh dining room with a well-stocked bar, and there was also outdoor space for warmer weather dining. Sat by a window with lovely views of Culver Lake. Menu was scaled back for the season but still had a great selection of Octoberfest offerings. Loved the pierogi appy! Good service, too. Will definitely be back. Ample parking, but the restaurant's location alongside a sharp curve in the road on Route 206 made turning into the lot a bit tricky!
