HAPPY HOUR done right at this trendy spot in downtown We got to try their Happy Hour Food Menu and Cocktails. Their Food Menu was HUGE, and so reasonably priced (under $15 each), it’s got Half Dozen of fresh Oysters, Salmon Tartare Bites (also a MUST ), Mac Bites (Fried Mac n’Cheese Sticks), KFC (Korean Fried Cauliflower ), Mini Mac and Cheese, Shishitos Peppers (BOMB ), Pastrami & Brisket Sliders, Brisket Empanada (FAVE ), and Pork Belly Bao Bun (MUST‼️) For Cocktails, we got Black Mamba Margarita and Raised by Wolves, both were amazing!

I've been here a few times. It's always fantastic! Was last there on March 15, 2024. The menu, drink list and vibe in the room is always amazing. Staff is a great balance of present, attentive and knowledgeable. The menu has clarity and purpose with variety within the theme. Excellent balance of value and price ranges. This makes it easy for groups with a range of preferences. Drinks - You name it, they'll make it! Bourbon is certainly the specialty. Every time I've been there, you can tell the staff loves their job, the manager is super engaged and the customers are having a great time. The feel of the room adds to the experience. Highly recommended!

Eating at The Carbon Bar was a truly pleasurable experience. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere warm and cozy, and the wait staff were welcoming and outgoing, with our superb waiter being Ismet. The tasting menu prepared by chef Kris exceeded our expectations, and was a sight to behold as well as a delectable taste treat, with melt in your mouth brisket, and creamy man n cheese as some of our favorites. The entire restaurant held together by impressive general manager Brad, who really ensures that guests are enjoying their experience. Never too busy to clear a table, or check in with a customer. His attitude of hard work and excellent customer service extends through his staff who present and serve the menu with enthusiasm and pride. Absolutely delicious southern comfort food. Texas BBQ at its best, with the most tasty side dishes, all served with generous portions. Highly recommended as a great eating experience.

The place is obviously beautiful, but the team was so sweet and accommodating I really enjoyed my time there!

I love this place so much I don't want to tell you how good it is because it'll get full but that wouldn't be fair. The staff are chef's kiss, the food is delicious, and the vibes are immaculate. I only wish I found it sooner. It's my new favourite place.
