We had a great dinner.....

Alexander G. made our dinner celebration a memorable one with absolutely amazing service. He is very kind and very enthusiastic. Thank you so much. Food was phenomenal and the manager coming over to wish us a happy birthday topped it all off. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone.

Most amazing experience one could ever wish for in a steak house. And Andrew, our waiter made it exceptional! Congratulations on having such staff members! I had porterhouse steak (specials) and it was amazing, so were the cocktails, the Caesar salad, the cheesecake and everything else. I so recommend this place !

TL;DR: Glorified Longhorn's Steakhouse. Despite making a reservation, we were kept waiting for twenty minutes for a table, with no explanation, apology, or even acknowledgement that we were there after they'd taken our names and seen that we had a reservation. Once seated, service was extremely slow for water, drinks, and taking our orders, with long gaps between each. The food was good, not great -- certainly not worth the price tag. We ordered a steak, the sea bass, and some sides. Of those, the highlight was the potatoes au gratin, which I have had done very well elsewhere without charging through the nose for it. If you're going downtown for a luxurious (or even slightly fancy) dinner out, the only fancy thing about this place is how much they charge. We won't be back.

Great steak

I had an exceptional dining experience at Capital Grille in Boston. The porterhouse steak I ordered (on the menu as a special) was cooked to perfection, and my date thoroughly enjoyed the delicious roasted chicken. Our server, Molly, provided top-notch service, and her thoughtful touch of a complimentary miniature cheesecake added a delightful ending to our meal. The ambiance, coupled with the impeccable food and service, made it a memorable evening. Five stars well-deserved!

Big fan of the capital grille group. The service is always on point, food delicious & great atmosphere. Went for a couple friends birthday & waiter Jeffery was amazing, great attitude and personable. Not only with us but with the other patrons around us. Thank you for a great dining experience!

Before posting this, I reached out to them. The GM texted me saying he had been trying to call and couldn't leave a message. WHY LIE?! You can text me, but I don't show any missed calls? A bit disappointing, the service was slow, intermittent, and disjointed. One example, wanted a glass of wine with our dinner, took so long to get the wine list, and subsequently a glass of wine, that despite having appetizers, and a drink before our main course, our steaks came long before we were able to get a glass of red wine. Server never asked about more drinks, etc., as they were running around unable to keep up with the needs of patrons. Felt more like a rushed TGI Friday's then a fine dining experience.

If you're trying to decide which steak place to go to in Boston, this is it. The service was also excellent.
