The Butchery- Steaks, Chops & Seafood

What a wonderful gem in Arvada! I went last night to celebrate with family and had a genuinely lovely experience. The service was professional and personal, recommended some excellent choices. I had the Bourbon Barrel Salmon, which was outstanding, cooked perfectly with a balance of sweet and spicy. I was hoping to have some leftovers but neither the salmon nor the side of White Cheddar Mashers had a chance once I tucked in. The rest of our party raved about their entrees as we tackled crime brûlée and lava cake for dessert. I will be sure to be back soon and won’t wait for a special occasion to do so! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. They were extremely mindful and helpful about my gluten allergy.

Great food, good atmosphere. Everyone was accommodating. Steaks prepared to request. Had a large party so the service was a little slow but still worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Butchery, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. I genuinely wish I could give them more than five stars for the exceptional experience they provided. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was flawless. The well-crafted drinks were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, adding an extra touch of elegance to the dining experience. I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of gluten-free options on the menu, which catered to a variety of dietary needs. As for the steak, it was truly the best I've had in a long time. In fact, my husband, who is quite discerning when it comes to steak, declared that he had found his new go-to steak spot. This is high praise coming from someone with such high standards for quality and flavor. The Butchery's commitment to exceptional service, outstanding quality of food, and the impressive array of gluten-free options truly sets it apart. I can't wait to return to savor more of their delectable offerings. The Butchery has undoubtedly become a new favorite dining spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary culinary experience.

Elise and Karen were wonderful! Attentive, prompt, but giving plenty of space and time. So nice to not be rushed through a meal! The food itself was delectable! So happy we chose to celebrate our anniversary here!

Hubby and I were looking for something different for Happy Hour and picked The Butchery. I can't believe it's our first visit. We only live half a mile away! The bartenders Marcus and Jules were awesome. Very welcoming and friendly. Marcus made me some of the best cocktails I've ever had. First was the Pomegranate Tini followed by the Raspberry Lemon Drop and then the Sangria. They were all great but I'll probably go straight to the Sangria next time. Maybe mix in a Pomegranate Tini. ☺️. Now to the food, we had the Truffle Parmesan Waffle Fries, the Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Dates and Bison Sliders. The Sriracha dip with the waffle fries was great. I used mustard for dipping also and the switch was nice. The truffle was not overpowering and they were very tasty. The dates were amazing in one bite. They were like dessert and a bit too rich for me past one. The bison sliders were good but not topped the way I would have liked. I ended up requesting mustard and that was an improvement but they only had 1 pickle. If I get them again I'll ask for onions and extra pickles. There was 1 negative point to the trip for both my husband and myself. The bathroom was FREEZING ! And I had to sit on the seat. It was shockingly cold! It won't stop me from going back but wow!!!
