NOT a delicatessen. It's an Amazon/Google locker. I don't like the concept. I would hope it is good, but I will never know. I'm not going to get my food from a locker.
Picking it up was a joke, but the chicken parm sandwich was so gd good.
Everything I’ve tried here is delicious. The gyro is highly underrated!! Delivery is always smooth and easy. Thanks.
Very tasty big vegan chicken burger. Huge and delicious.
Not a store front, kiosk doesn't display them as an option. You then have to order online and pay more since the online prices are more expensive Edit: apparently they're only displayed on the kiosk as an available option during the weekdays. Pushing for customers to pay a higher price for an online order. Trash establishment $16.95 to $20 online $12.25 online to $14.25
Giving two stars because the photos on here are deceiving. Not a brick and mortar. It’s a ghost kitchen with a bunch of other restaurants. You order at a kiosk that feels like a post office. We didn’t eat it so I can’t speak to quality.
Can’t dine in. It’s a food lab.
Very confused what's going on here. I was very excited to try this. On Google it says dine in in addition to carry out. There is absolutely no dine in here. There's no people. There's a bunch of lockers for you to pick up your food. Insanely impersonal. To top it off I go online to maybe order something anyway and all I see is one item. Vegan turkey. Thats it. Where's the rest of the food?? Please take "dine in" off your restaurant description on Google. There's nothing more frustrating than thinking you have a vegan place to go on Thanksgiving only to drive across town and not only is there nowhere to sit and eat, but there's no people and no food. You gotta remove dine in from Google maps it's only gonna end up with more bad reviews and frustrated people.
This isn’t a real storefront location. I was expecting to go to a nice sit down deli like the one in Berkeley but I arrived and saw a bunch of people standing around one kiosk and lockers. It’s literally a food locker, not an actual restaurant. I was very disappointed and left immediately. We made a special trip just to go here because I love the food, but it was not the experience I was anticipating. Butcher’s Son, please get an actual storefront in LA!!! Otherwise, I’ll just have to go back to Berkeley.
