The Butcher's Bistro

We were at a nearby event and decided to pop here for a late lunch, went with the cheese board, pork belly bites, calamari rings and a side of chips. Lovely food, even better cheese board! Service was very quick and efficient. A nice chilled atmosphere here and a nice place for drinks I’d say too.

Had a fantastic experience in here recently. Live music was amazing! Good beer and had an amazing meal previously. Staff are very friendly and is a top place for a get together. Recommended to family friends and colleagues!

Great food

We had a great time here last night. Cannot fault the service, the team were lovely. Definitely recommend the Dirty Tom Burger & my partner had a rump steak which he really enjoyed. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Excellent place well worth a visit

Most definitely my favourite place to get something to eat in Kenilworth! 3 times we have visited now all for different occasions and each has been a lovely experience. We first visited on the vegan pop up night which was 10/10, we have popped in for a nice lunch out also 10/10 and of course tried the Sunday roast which is also a strong 10/10!!! The staff are all so lovely and attentive, the decor and atmosphere is also lovely, it’s just an all round lovely place in the most loveliest part of Kenilworth I have emailed a few times regarding vegan options and wanting to check before visiting as vegan options are normally dull and unexciting but each time Kate does not hesitate to let me know multiple vegan options they can offer as well as what is on the menu, there is always a vegan choice for the roast and the vegan pizza is the best homemade rustic pizza I have had it’s nice to have a choice and eat out at ease. I am excited to see what other options there may be in the future

We decided to try their Sunday Roast based on reviews posted on line as The Best Sunday Roast locally. Bitterly disappointed with the Yorkshire pudding more like a pancake..flat Roast potatoes? I don't think so, soft and looking over done from yesterday! Overcooked broccoli. We ate it due to being hungry, however we didn't stay for a sweet as we waited half an hour for the main. Also no starters? No one came to ask if the meal was ok until they collected our plates. We were informed when we expressed our concern that the chef is new Really! Surely any competent chef knows how to make Yorkshire Pudding. Sorry but we will not be going back anytime soon

Myself and my husband had our wedding breakfast at butcher bistro on the 5th January. From initial conversation with Kate and Luke the whole experience was amazing. Everything was so easy with organising our day despite us living overseas. On the day, the service was absolutely amazing, completely perfect! Again - Luke made everything so easy and our guests had such a great time, as did we! All of our guests have said how lovely the food was, we had starters and mains. I couldn’t fault butchers at all and can’t wait to go back for a meal. Thank you so much Kate, Luke & Jack!

One of the best roasts I’ve had for a long time. Service was impeccable, such lovely lads working today, very kind and funny. Nice to see it so busy as well. We will definitely be returning very soon. Thanks all x
