Wish I could leave a better review… the quality of the filet mignon and the garlic-parm butter? Top tier. Last time we were there, however, not only were we ignored at the counter for a solid 10 minutes we also noticed they were selling ‘make honey great again’—which supports the “political prisoners” of Jan. 6th. Aka—the people who committed treason. Unfortunately, it seems the owners are morally bankrupt. Don’t bother giving your money to this place. I should’ve known when I noticed they sell Amish goods (aka the people who treat their animals as property and abuse them, then send them to slaughter when they’re no longer useful). Absolutely disgraceful behavior against this country.

Easily the best sandwich shop in Franklin/Spring Hill/ Nashville area with the nicest owners and associates.

I love The Butcher Block! Their sandwiches (especially the Reuben) are superior to any other sandwich shops around. We recently used them to cater for our company luncheon which is over 60 people. It was easy and plenty of leftovers. Kim Gray was a pleasure to work with :) I would highly recommend them, whether personally and professionally! Thank you again!

Emily is a master of her trade! The quality of the meat they sell is outstanding ! Last year I ordered my Christmas filet a month early to lock in the price. I purchased it frozen and removed it a few days prior to our gathering. I am very particular about our Christmas filet and I must say, it was, hands down, the best filet we have ever had!! The quality of the meat is such that the time in the freezer did not affect it at all! Thank you ladies! This review is now one year later. The chateabriand was the best meal I prepared all year! The second best meals were anything purchased from Butcher Block! We are so fortunate to have such a gem right here in Franklin!!
