Bought a pound of their ground beef and a container of pre-made beef stew. Both were good. The guy behind the counter was helpful and had a pleasant demeanor. I'll be back

The fact people are giving this 5 stars showcases nobody in Woodstock has ever been to a real butcher up in NYC or in other places. The selection is bland and small. They don't have many items, where are the solami items? Roasted turkey with herbs? Dry smoked bacon slabs? Moldova? Hot italian sausage? Honestly you can get better meat at Costco. I would definitely not call this a butcher by any means.

Purchased a tri tip from here as the Publix across the street was out. I didn't even know about this place until then. It was a little bit more expensive, not crazy, but more. The guy that works the weekend is super friendly and helpful. I cooked the tri tip "brisket" style. As you can see, it was extremely well marbled, unlike what I've gotten from Publix. I didn't know what good tri tip was until I came here! It's very much worth it and I will continue to come back!

So to start this off I’m going to irritate all of you, I’m a vegetarian. I’ve never been in a butcher shop, never had a reason to. My husband and, who is not vegetarian, wanted to make his mom a special birthday dinner. She loves steak and lobster so we decided on that. The person who helped us, Justin, was such an amazing help and gave such good advice. I can’t tell you how much it eased my mind that we may actually not ruin this fancy food. All in all, the dinner was a success, she loved everything!! I may have to say a prayer of forgiveness to the furry babes and crustaceans of the world but, it made her feel special so it was all worth it.

I don’t leave reviews often but a quick note of thanks to this establishment. The quality and selection here is incredible and at very fair prices. I’ve never seen a prettier Ribeye! They have great seafood, sides, apps, and now prepared meals too.. I’m not a sweets guy but the cakes and such from the bakery look amazing too. Give this place a visit, you won’t regret it.

Bought 2 thick ribeyes and a filet. Best steaks I have eaten in decades. Very juicy and tender. I highly recommend this place for quality meats. I am going back tomorrow. The bakery items are outstanding as well.
