Terrible service.

So I ordered off the website they have clover on there that they no longer use which is DUMB because why not take it off your website and update it . So I had 46 dollars taken from me with no FOOD . Went inside to go pick up and was told they no longer use clover at first she stated she couldn’t help me then she called someone over the phone guessing the manager”” and showed me a screen shot of money being refunded to me but I have yet to receive that refund of my 46 dollars . I used to always go here from when they first opened but they FELL off tremendously !!! Their focus is all about the back part with the hookah and drinks . Costumer service I’ll say is a 1 .no professionalism what so ever ! Highly disappointed

My friend and I enjoyed our time at the BH. The staff was polite and friendly. At first, we weren't going to stop by because just by looking, you'd think they don't serve drinks. But they have seating and bar in the back. The drinks are cute, and the bar is unique. It wasn't crowded at the time of our visit, which was great. The food took longer than expected, especially for what we ordered - chicken strips and wings with fries. The chicken was a tad salty, but it didn't take away meals. I really love the fries .That dusse sauce was the truth. They have a selfie machine which allow you to take pic and send them to your phone. It was nice, I will be back

The guy who helped me at the checkout was very attentive. very friendly, the burger was delicious, I would have liked it to be a little bigger but it's fine, very good. el chico que me atendió en caja fue muy atento. muy amable la hamburguesa estaba deliciosa, me hubiera gustado que fuese un poco mas grande pero esta bien, muy buena

I come this establishment because I heard they have a good salmon burger. I ordered the salmon burger without first checking the price. I take out a $20 bill to pay for the salmon burger when they guy that placed my order informed me that's it's $24.91. I was thrown back but I heard it was good so I purchased it. As I'm waiting for the burger I happened to see the menu and the price on the menu says $16. So I asked the guy that took my order about the price on the menu he says that's not the price. I'm looking confused so it asked the young that was behind the counter with him was that the price. Her response was yes that's the prices the menu hasn't been updated. I get the burger it's not worth $25. Moral of the story I'll NEVER patronize this establishment ever again

Don’t usually leave reviews but this was a generally bad experience: Food was late, staff handling food weren’t wearing gloves one was eating while she was handling food, food itself was missing piece of order, and food that did come was greasy/ not great. Tough scene, might’ve just been an off night.
