The Burgary

Gratuity isn’t gratuity if it’s automatically added to a bill. 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill for a party of 2 while the receipt says it’s added for a party of 5. On top of that the receipt given back to you pretends like they didn’t just add a tip and leaves another line for a tip. The food was decent and not bad, but won’t be coming back due to deceptive tipping practices that are getting out of hand everywhere.

Food is incredible every time! Some of the best burgers in the area.

First time in NYC and it has one of the best burgers l’ve ever tried in my life. Really good!! Service great and good environment! Good music too!

This place was fantastic. The burger was made absolutely perfectly and the facility itself was great. It was Santacon day in NYC so there were a number of Christmas revellers present, but it only added to the charm. Plenty of seats, great staff and excellent food. 4 people in total, 4 absolutely amazing choices! AND THEY HAVE TOTS! Any place with Tots in my book is worth a shot. This was a solid hit!

I’ve been going to the Burgary for a while now and would definitely recommend. I’ve recently been eating healthy so the last time I went I had to order a salad and was feeling a little down about it since everyone else had something more exciting. However, once that salad came out it was shockingly good. It’s the first time I went out and ordered a salad and wasn’t underwhelmed. I haven’t had one bad meal at the Burgary and the customer service is superb as well. Definitely check them out!
