Breakfast was good , little overpriced but it’s Vegas , they should bring the Crepe station back , especially if you’re going to pay as much
Not much of a buffet Some food was not appealing lookwd dry feom juat aitting around. Broken down by cuisine the american had Pancakes bacon sausage sweet potatoes. No unsweet tea. the only meats offered were turkey sausage and roast beef. The salads not much of a selection few toppings. I have had the buffet at MGM and that one is 100 times better.
Didn’t really have high hopes for this place after reading all the reviews They had a lot of food 99% of it was cold You have to get your own drinks However, it was clean and for the most part, the sap is friendly It’s possible it could’ve had a bad day, but most of the reviews say the same thing so do with this what you will I definitely won’t go back
I mean it's a buffet. Nothing to write home about. Food was good. Price was decent for Vegas. would I go again. Probably, but it's not one of my need to go places.
We were told to come to the Excalibur Buffet to enjoy the food. Apparently it was one of the better ones on the strip. But we found this place lacking. Not a great selection on cuts of meat. Cheaper shrimp, couldn't even be bothered to remove shells from the cold shrimp cocktail. It's like they took it from bag, into boiling water, on to the serving tray. You pay upon arrival, and asked to tip right then. I am a tipper, but not right at the door. I want to see how the service is. Granted when you have to serve yourself, food and beverages, you are exspecting them to be on top of clearing my plates. The server took one plate away, checked my receipt and never came back. Just because I didn't tip at the beginning doesn't mean I won't. I am someone who prefers leaving cash on the table. I worked many years in the restaurant business, tip at the end for good service. We were very unhappy, so decided to talk to the manager before leaving this review. But she was unwilling to listen to anything we had to say. "You have the option to look at the buffet before purchasing." "what person didn't take your plates away." No, oh I am sorry for your experience, what do you think we could work on..... She wasn't helpful or interested in dealing with us in anyway. It asks me to recommend so dishes. More then half of these items weren't available. There is no Brisket, no roast beef, no crepe station, no crab legs. Meat I was offered, bacon ,Ham and eggs.
The food was good, nothing spectacular, but it was way over prices the only thing different than going to a chain buffet is they had crayfish, class and oysters and the smoke salmon. Everything else was pretty standard buffet food, not worth the $97 they charged the two of us. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were not clearly labeled.
the food sucks but the bartender scott is killing it.
We’re standing in a line out the door. 1 cashier and 2 employees just standing there. Instead of one employee jumping in to help cashier, they are encouraging everyone to use the kiosk instead. This doesn't make sense.
Really nice buffet and decent selection. They do offer an all you can drink option but read the fine print as is only for 90 minutes. A hack to avoid the long entry line, use the self service kiosk and skip it all together. Food was good and service was friendly. No dinner option when I visited so that's a major disappointment.
