3rd visit, so far has not disappointed. Parking can be tricky, hostess right at the entrance, always welcoming. Dinner time usually dim lighting sport game on the screens and $1.00 oysters. The nachos are portions for 4. If you like pickles I suggest the crunchy spicy pickles, let me warn you the spicy builds up. The wings are good. The shrimp was delicious. Also the Koren bowl is so good it's been my safety plate. I know it's a hit one after the other.
A Southie must! Great food and drinks are refreshing as always. Always a good time!
A frequent patron of The Broadway I was very disappointed when I attended on 26Nov21. After ordering food, our waitress told us we could sit and order drinks but then the hostess proceeded to kick us out of our seats. Her rationale was that we were just ordering ordering drinks and didn't need a table despite us ordering & paying for a meal. It was extremely dissapointing the way the hostess treated us and we wouldn't recommend anyone to come here for dinner. No one deserves to be thrown out of their seats especially when they were paying customers. I'll be telling friends and family to not attend while The Broadway continues this practice of not caring for their customers.
A young girl passed out/vomited and needed to have CPR performed on the floor of the restaurant. 9-1-1 was called by guests. I did not see management call. When medical professionals arrived, they placed their tools on our table and continued to perform CPR on this girl. They were able to get her onto the stretcher, where she vomited again in front of our table. It was a highly traumatic experience to witness. It took about 5-10 minutes for vomit to be cleaned. Management did not once visit our table or offer to move us. My sister was visibly shaken up (crying). Once the emergency professionals left, the management was no where to be seen again. I ordered a sandwich but was too shaken up to eat. I had one bite of the sandwich and that was it and was still charged for it. I am appalled that in the time of covid that between the vomit directly in front of our table and the medical professionals using our table to place their supplies, that a manager did not do a table visit. I emailed management the following day and never heard back. I will never return and highly discourage others from visiting.
A group of us were in for a girls birthday weekend and half of us had a table and the other half were at the bar so we could be next to each other due to the city rules of not allowing more than 6 people to a table .Four of us including myself sat at the table and our server really put a damper on our time. She was rude from the second she came over to our table. She didn’t bother to introduce herself but instead just told us that we wouldn’t be able to order drinks unless we ordered food. We had looked at the menu ahead of time and were more than looking forward to the food so it seemed rude to assume that we just came to drink. Every time she came over she seemed annoyed and a bit aggressive when talking to us.The food was great and the girls who sat at the bar enjoyed the bartender and they had a great experience. We look forward to coming back but hopefully we get a better server with a more enjoyable attitude.
A different experience at The Broadway being outside due to pandemic but so happy to be back! Food was great and our service was fantastic!
A very popular place to come..reservations are recommended. The menu is always changing..you're bound to find something you like. They have nice wood fired pizzas, but I always go for the steak tips or the cedar plank salmon. Their espresso martinis are great and brunch, too!
A little loud....but great food offerings. Different with lots of choices.
A fun atmosphere with delicious food and excellent drinks!
5 star experience. I went to the Broadway for Sunday Brunch, and everything from the food to the service to the ambiance was excellent. The drink menu is extra creative and exciting, and the food has unique, fun twists to classics. Our service was beyond wonderful, too. My friend had a nut allergy, and the PASTRY CHEF (yes, they have one!) accommodated a special breakfast bread board for us. 5 star experience, again!
