Breakfast outdoors under the Live Oak was excellent. I had the count of money Cristo with potatoes, and my friend got an omelette. Our food was excellent— even the toast was great, hot and buttered, and perfectly toasted— and I felt the menu was a good mix of traditional breakfast food with a few interesting flourishes.
The food and service were both good.
This spot is truly cozy & remarkable. Its vibrant beach ambiance pairs perfectly with their exceptional veggie omelette—they so have one of the best crispy yet fluffy pancake that's simply irresistible. The service is so pleasant & friendly and they seem to want to ensure a memorable experience with answers to all my dumb questions. Arrive early to secure a table, as this place tends to fill up quickly. But if you appreciate cozy, delicious breakfast spots, with an eclectic vibe, this is the place to be!

Very cute dainty place to eat and enjoy. Very impressed and full. Thanks so much. Also a great place for unique souvenirs
We waited 45 minutes and never got seated. We needed to sit on the patio because we had our pup with us. They kept telling me they were clearing off tables. (The patio was on the other side of the building so we couldn't see it). We decided to leave and went to our vehicle which was near the patio. Low and behold, all of the tables on the patio except one were empty! Not a good experience.
Got the corn beef hash Benedict...the hash was over cooked until it was black on both sides.. the only part of the dish that you would want to eat was the potatoes...
