The BQE Restaurant & Lounge

Group of 8 and for Bday. We went on Friday for brunch, it was a little slow vibe wise but still enjoyed our time and food! Tatyana was our server and she was great! Very personable. She made she we had everything we needed, our food came out right and that we were accommodated the entire time! I had the Shrimp and grits,that dish is always good here TRY IT! I love coming to BQE for good food and a good vibe. Thanks Tatyana:)

Tatiana was AMAZING! Service was on point! The red velvet waffle was fabulous! So was the catfish & grits. Would definitely recommend! Unfortunately, the a la carte chicken breast I ordered came out halfway through my meal and was woefully undercooked. There was no way I could eat it without getting sick. Sadly, the restaurant stood by their policy of no bill adjustments/refunds, even though they undercooked it and I hadn’t eaten any of it. I would’ve had to wait longer in the restaurant to eat the re-made chicken by itself, as I’d already finished the rest of my food before the undercooked chicken made it back to the kitchen to be replaced. Thankfully, Tatiana earned every bit of automatic gratuity they require, as well as the additional amount we added. If you like a good vibe, good food, a great server, and hookah, this place is for you!
