After waiting 30 minutes on line, did not allow admittance due to ratio of male to females. Tabe reserved didn't help entrance.

Had the best night ever here! My bottle server was Grace! If you have a chance to have her serve you don’t pass it up! Might move in here

Paid for second floor VIP and was placed in first floor booth. We complained (bc we paid for second floor) and then was told we had to leave by manager. Never again.

People who take time out of their busy lives to go to The Box should be granted barf bags, free of charge, as a necessary courtesy. The staff was rude and obnoxious, the entertainers were hideous and untalented and the prices were obscene.

I’ve been to the Box countless times in the last 4 years and I have to say, my satisfaction varies based on the night due to several things. Unfortunately, the bartenders tend to be a bit standoffish/unwelcoming unless they know you (I’ve been on both sides of this spectrum). Our last outing there recently was a bit inconvenient as well because coat-check was at capacity. The environment is enticing and mysterious and the acts always deliver which is definitely why the venue has such a high acclaim. Be prepared to spend money, be prepared to be packed in and be prepared for unexpected circumstances !

Bouncers arbitrarily deny entry. Make sure you don’t look at them the wrong way. Management should look into this.
