The Blues Kitchen

The waiter dropped a tray of food over me and my friend and we were covered by a substantial portion of unidentifiable vinegar-esque liquid, salt and grease. The waiter did not apologise and my wool trousers and blazer are ruined. We had also booked an area for 30 people and they filled it with walk-ins. Rude staff, decent beer.

You definitely need a reservation before going. Food was great, service was great, but it was a bit too noisy! Couldn’t hear my friends talking. Overall it was good experience

Daniel is a fantastic server, he made our girlie brunch such a good experience. He was attentive, proactive and such a great team player. It’s such a shame that the service charge is not fairly distributed as we asked upon paying our bill whether to leave an additional tip. Blues Kitchen please ensure that your staff are well looked after because they work so hard and are the face of your brand! Id recommend this branch to all, dont forget to ask for Daniel!

Fantastic food and a really good atmosphere including playing some really good music. Falls victim to the mandatory 12.5% gratuity tip which I don't mind but I do then mind being handed a card machine with 10% automatically ticked to tip on top of that as well.

Must go place, love it Such friendly staff, nice food.

Such a wonderful venue. Great music, interesting crowd and plenty of fun!
