No idea how this place has such good reviews. We came in from GR and gave it a try based on reviews and homemade biscuits on the menu. The menu was very small, and only a few traditional breakfast options. Most of the items have onions and chorizo in them which didn’t make much sense. It appears their biggest sellers and what they’re known for are the “dessert breakfast” options and the biscuits. We both ordered scrambles and the potatoes were cold and squashy, you could tell they had been cooked at one point and were crispy, but then sat there and then were just reheated. The eggs were very greasy and also squashy. The biscuit was the star of the show but still fairly dry. The honey packets on the table aren’t even real honey, and the butter cubes served with the “biscuit made from scratch” are sub par mediocre butter. My husband and I both left feeling nauseas, gassy, and not well. For 2 scrambles with water and a tip it cost $33, mind blowing for the awful quality food being served. We definitely won’t be back.
Great food :) the Spanish Bennies are absolutely awesome, and the gravy taste really great. Definitely a must to go
Small breakfast place that serves delicious food. Service with a smile
My wife and I have been known to eat here 2, sometimes 3 days in a row we like it so well. Coffee is great, staff is always friendly, food is fantastic. Ample menu items and specials to provide a nice variety.
Love coming here for breakfast. The food is always fantastic and the service is great!
Very nice quaint atmosphere In a small corner of town. The atmosphere is very nice and reminds me of a small town while being in a moderately sized one. The food is from scratch and there’s homemade. Obviously the biscuits are the main attraction and our homemade as well. The biscuits are nice fluffy and very tasteful.
It was our first time here! We loved it! I recommend the Spanish bennies. Their house made Carmel latte is delicious as well.
