The bone marrow was amazing. I wish they provided crackers for the marrow. I dumped the marrow into the soup. The coffee with egg sounds gross but it was really good. Definitely a must try. Their pear salad is also really good and so was the spicy wonton. The Galbitang beef short ribs was also really good.
This is one of those Asian fusions restaurants in my opinion in between Vietnamese and American food. I’ve been coming here a few times and I do like the food. It’s quite different. Cute little place. Quick service. I love the Vietnamese style corn and Szechuan noodles with jumbo shrimp. It ‘ll make your tongue numb. The Pho Marrow bowl is also a good dish to try.
First time here?: Yes What did I order: pear salad, Lomo saltado, pho marrow, & viet style stir fry corn Would reccomend?: yes! Good place to meet up with friends. The food was delicious. Very attentive waiters. & in a very good location. There is a lot to do nearby, too. Note about the meal: What I would come back for is the pear salad and pho marrow. TBH, I'm not a big fan of pho, but when I saw photos of this pho, I knew I had to get it! It was like eating a hug in a bowl, reminds me of my childhood. The pear salad caught me off guard because i never had asian pear in a salad, saw a lot of recommendations, and they were all right. I could not get enough. I can't wait to come back and try their cafe trung [egg coffee](I had it for the first time last year in Canada and cannot stop dreaming out it!) Description of the environment is 3 words: clean, inviting, cozy Restrooms were clean? I did not have a chance to check it out Parking: plenty of space
