Worst service in town. Edit for clarification: We came in yesterday for a meal. It was NOT busy. We stood at the hostess counter (no line) for around 5 or so minutes before someone came up to us and explained open seating or to wait for someone to sit us in the other section. We chose not to wait and sat in open seating due to already feeling a little ignored. We were brought menus by the busser and it took 15 minutes to even get a drink order in. It was unclear who our server was as no one introduced themselves as such. The huckleberry mule was disgusting, filled with a TON of huckleberry seeds! Wth?? It was gritty and disgusting. We had been ready to order even before the drink orders were taken but the waitress didn't ask if we were ready or give us time to tell her so before she walked away. After waiting for some time, we decided after the poor service and lack of attention that we no longer wanted to wait. We didn't have food or appetizer order in yet. Again, they weren't busy. Astonishing that 30 minutes in to sitting at a table we didn't have a food order taken. Servers spent time chatting and standing around except for one male server we saw working his butt off. Won't be back, which is really unfortunate.

I’ll start by saying this: the food has been outstanding 95% of the time, which is good enough for me. My issue is the service, particularly the casino. I have spent disgusting amounts of money at this casino and have a player account. But the amount of times I’ll come in and have to stand around waiting for 15-20 for the attendants to come into the room is crazy. And it happens ALL the time (obviously after sitting down too). It’s rare they’ll come get my drink order or greet me, I have to go find them. Getting your first drink in hand tends to take about 25-30 minutes from walking in, and one can gamble a lot of money in that time. If I’m coming into your casino to literally give my money away for free like an idiot, I expect solid service for all, not just the people that are “platinum” on the players club. This happens very consistently with multiple employees there. Sorry I’m ranting now.

Great food and the waitress Kayley was a phenomenal hostess. I forgot an item there and she chased me down the whole mall just to return it to me. 10/10 recommend.
