Great variety of baked goods, coffees and sandwiches. The items are large and fresh! I go in frequently when I walk downtown.

The food is excellent, but I will not be coming back. My family has frequented this establishment regularly since they opened. We often will eat in, but we will bring home too. This morning when I went to get take out to bring home to my family I was told I could only get 1 item. I have 4 people at home, 1 item does not help me. I drove there at 8:15, waited in line, and was told I could not get what I came for. I won’t waste my time again.

This is absolutely fantastic coffee shop in downtown Huntsville. The atmosphere is science class room themed, with lab style tables, beakers as flower vases, featured scientists and even a periodic table mural with baking ingredients and a very details key. This is a very unique piece!!! The food is incredible as well. I have had a few of their items already, all of which have been delightful, but the ones with chocolate ganache has been my absolute favorites. The 1/3 lb cookies are also a highlight! Their coffees and lattes are also great, with a lot of rotating drinks, and free refills on the brew coffee! There’s is space to work here, but it’s a bit more energetic and a bit loud. It’s fine to do some studying or work, but if you have important work meetings might need to take them outside. Otherwise this is an amazing place. Best of all, all their staff get paid a living wage, so there’s no pressure for tipping. It’s great to support and shop on local business that take care of their employees. And the owners are super sweet and attentive. This is easily one of my favorite places in town and highly recommended everyone trying.

We came in to try out this eclectic establishment. OMG! The pastries and bread are next level, comparable to bakeries in Paris. The specialty drinks and sandwiches were amazing! We will be back!

This place is awesome! The food is delicious and perfect for sharing. My kids and I especially love the monkeybread and the groundbreaker cookies. Parking: Don’t be scared of downtown parking! There is a lot next door where you can park free or cheap.

My boyfriend and I came in with our four children and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was all delicious!! We bought a loaf of sour dough bread to take home. We got the chocolate croissants, apple pie, the bigger chocolate chip cookies and the bacon, egg and cheese croissant with a fruit cup. Everything was AMAZING!

Really loved and appreciated that they were open on thanksgiving, but they never took my order or acknowledged my presence because they prioritized pie pick ups. I eventually gave up and left. I would suggest only allowing for pie pick ups on holidays instead of offering full service.

Not only do they have great baked goods, but also terrific sandwiches as well. Was a perfect lunch option.
