The Baked Bear

As a transgender individual and tourist eager to explore the beauty of the area, I had hoped for a pleasant experience. However, my visit on Easter Sunday turned sour when I encountered disrespectful behavior from one of the employees at The Baked Bear. While capturing the picturesque scenery outside the shop, I was unexpectedly targeted by an employee who ran out while filming me on his phone, seemingly intent on making a spectacle of me. This employee's thoughtless prank while wearing The Baked Bear uniform, involving a fake fist bump followed by public embarrassment, not only tarnished my enjoyment of the moment but also cast a shadow over the entire experience. Pretending to offer a fist bump only to retract his hand at the last moment, while filming to post online, leaving me feeling singled out. As a visitor to the area seeking to savor its delights, I found myself instead feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Adding insult to injury, after his antics, the employee hastily retreated inside the shop, disappearing through a door to the back of the business, leaving behind a lingering sense of discomfort and disappointment. Such unprofessional behavior is inexcusable and stains the reputation of The Baked Bear as a place of hospitality and respect.

Good place but they have raise their prices big time or may be this store has hiked their prices. Good location but a homeless man was constantly staring us while we sat and eat. Welcome to blue state.

They'd sell more ice cream if signage was more visible. Ice cream was great!

I recently visited The Baked Bear and, unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the unwelcoming attitude of the staff. From the moment I entered, I was met with a lack of enthusiasm and even rudeness, which was quite disappointing. The service lacked warmth and politeness, which significantly impacted my overall experience. Despite the reputation of The Baked Bear for delicious treats, the staff's behavior made it difficult to enjoy my visit. It's a shame that the service did not match the quality of the food

Amazing ice cream probably the best

We were here on vacation...Googled gluten free ice cream... we were excited to find a spot...we drove several miles out of our way, paid to park to get there and ask about gluten free options and the girl had no idea what was gluten free and really didn't care. Ruined our night. Our children had already ordered so we did get that. Uneducated employees are unacceptable.

Dirty place and not the best attention.

Glace très généreuse et bonne. Serveur pas très impliqué, on la plus dérangé quatre chose. Il aurait pu nettoyer les vitres qui étaient sale ou tout simplement attacher ses cheveux, il nous aurait sûrement mieux vu.

Delicious treat! Custom flavors. I had the bear bowl with chocolate chip cookie and scoop of butter brittle ice cream. My husband had the same over a brownie. I topped mine with almonds and enjoyed every creamy crunchy bite!
