I will not be ordering from here ever again after the incident yesterday. They are dishonest and disgustingly rude!!! Be careful when ordering here. The pricing displayed does not always reflect or match the price you pay! I’ve ordered the same bagel for weeks and paid $10.68 (including taxes) each time including a couple days earlier. As I ordered the same bagel yesterday, the price at the register indicated the regular price I’ve paid, but the POS (point of sale machine where you tap your card) showed a higher price. For reference, when you pay by card (credit or debit) they have to manually type the price into the POS, so they have an opportunity to change the price from the display on the register. Be vigilant here as it’s an easy way for them to overcharge you if you’re not paying attention. When pointing out the discrepancy calmly to the female cashier, the man that works there rudely interjected, arguing that it’s because I’m paying cash. This was the first red flag since the POS is used only for credit or debit. I calmly explained to him that I’m not paying cash but rather with a credit card as I have consistently in the past. He then started yelling at me that I have to pay the surcharge for using the POS, which was the second red flag and a blatant lie as he changed his justification for the surcharge once he realized I wasn’t paying cash. Another red flag is there isn’t any clear signage explaining a surcharge will be applied for payments made with debit and/or credit, which is legally required. I continued to calmly explain that I have always paid the same price including a couple days prior, and have receipts to confirm the consistent price I have paid. He continued to yell and cause a scene, unfortunately - both extremely unprofessional and absolutely unnecessary. Finally, the female cashier changed the price on the POS to match the register to avoid further escalation - rightfully so! Remember, the price displayed is the price that you must be charged for plus HST - nothing more. If there are any additional charges or surcharges they must have clear signage displayed, such as the garlic butter for an additional $0.55. Don’t let them overcharge you with lies! I encourage you to read other reviews as they detail similar experiences, confirming this is a regular occurrence, unfortunately. Save your hard earned money and purchase elsewhere.

Fake bacon on a bagel for $7.20. You can’t be serious.

Food: Bagels were tasty and came out hot from the toaster. Cream cheese was rich and flavorful. The all-dressed bagel was great. Service: Very fast and efficient. Very much a takeout sort of vibe - they want to get you going on your way as quickly as they can (which makes sense for a takeout breakfast place in a train station). Atmosphere: N/A, it's a takeout place in a busy train station. If you are not in a hurry, there are plenty of benches nearby where you could sit and eat if you'd like. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian bagel options, although no vegan options that I saw.

Great place and nice people. Honey walnut cream cheese and dark roast coffee. That is all.

Asked for a western bagel with bacon and cheese. Somehow it ended up being a $12 bagel. Nowhere on the menu indicated the cost would be more than $7 but when the guy punched in my order he added “twist $1”, “twist $3” and what I assumed would be an $8 bagel turned into $12. When I asked why all they said is because I asked for cheese. Couldn’t tell me where the extra $4 came from. Also, they assumed I wanted a plain bagel and when I asked for a cheese bagel they wanted to charge even more! No egg and cheese and bacon bagel is worth $12. Rip off.
