Very friendly comfortable neighborhood tavern.
Called at 9:06pm to ask when the kitchen closed tonight. Someone picked up and said 10pm. We arrived at 9:45pm and bartender said kitchen was closed and last call was at 9:30pm for food. Why would you not mention that on the phone when I asked what time the kitchen closed?
Same dive bar vibe but without the dust as before. However, somehow the food in the original was better. Ordered the bacon bleu burger. Came out dry and bland. Pricey for quality of the food. Expected a level up from the new owner, not just elevated pricing. Service was apathetic and unimpressive at the bar. At least the original Attic crew had some character even if it was off color.
The staff there is friendly and the food is good.
Disappointing , a neighborhood staple, sadly changed. We had our office holiday party nearby and invited everyone to madison park for some drinks around 10pm. We walked into the Attic and it was like we were not wanted. However we descended anyways. They were annoyed with us clearly but 650$ of drinks later We won’t bother you guys again. Applogies for coming .
Ate lunch, and the chili was really good as it was a very cold day.
