I'm a regular customer of ‘The Alley’ and usually love their drinks, but I've had some minor issues with this branch in particular every time. Firstly, a friend of mine ordered a Large ‘Snow Strawberry Lulu’ with ‘extra tapioca’ that they paid more for, but the tapioca was completely missing. Then, I ordered a Large ‘Brown Sugar Deeroica Crème Brûlée’, in the end we had two medium cup of drinks instead of the large we initially bought. Most recently, a couple of our Mango Lulus were mixed up too—one didn’t have any lychee jelly or mango bits, and another was missing the mango bits but had the lychee. While I want to give the workers the benefit of the doubt knowing they might be worn out, I hope they can take a moment to ensure the drinks are made correctly. It’s a bit of a letdown when the orders aren’t right, especially since I visit so often.

Expérience exceptionnelle chez Alley Westfield Stratford ! Le Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème Brûlée Milk était divin. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu cette visite spéciale, c'est le service attentionné de Wam. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa chaleur humaine ont créé une atmosphère accueillante où je me suis senti immédiatement à l'aise. Wam a su parfaitement recommander des choix délicieux et s'assurer que chaque détail était parfait. Recommande vivement ! Je me suis senti comme chez moi, même en étant loin de chez moi au Maroc.

Love the creme brûlée, it’s amazing. Food is good but service from the tiny Indian hijabi is atrocious. She is rude, disrespectful and completely lacks social awareness every time. It’s unfortunate the good servers have to be affected due to her Incompetence. Additionally, the tiramisu drink wasn’t good. Dietary restrictions: Lactose alternatives

The customer service is under all criticism, the staff is rude and lazy, the hygiene is very low as staff lady who worked on 8/04 was removing ice from the drinks of customers with the lid of the shaker that was in the sink ,when I saw this I told them that this is unacceptable and unhygienic, the two ladies on shift looked at me badly and didn't say anything to me, they started whispering to each other,then they made me a new drink, which was not even tasty. Avoid this place!

I love their Mango LuLu drink and it’s really mouthwatering. Specially staff was really helpful and give us more suggestions accordingly our taste. Because we was having first time from The Alley. The Alley looks very clean, tidy and eye catching. Highly recommended friends, family and colleagues

Best Bubble Tea in London Tried the Mango Lulu and Lychee bubble tea both were amazing
