The Alley Boba and Tea at Southlands

There are many places in town where I have tried boba drinks of various sorts, but none have been nearly as good as those at The Alley. Warm, soft boba in a delicious brown sugar mixture, topped by a variety of tea and hot or cold drink options. I have lost interest in getting boba anywhere else. You really should try it. There aren't many locations in the US, so it is a treat to have one here. As for service, as with anywhere that employs teenagers, you will see a lot of turnover...I have had a good experience every time I went. The atmosphere is clean and simple. I even like that they did a collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen (a Japanese anime show).

I'm not even ordering here. I'm having to wait on one person's single drink and workers that move extra slow Annoying customer base too

The milk tea and pork buns are amazing! The crystal boba is good too. The service is quick and friendly. I'll be back every chance I get!!

Not gonna like I don’t remember what the purple drink was called but it was top tier and the workers were really kind.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They answered all my questions and guided me on how to earn cool stuff online. Best boba shop I’ve been to yet!

It took more than half an hour to get 3 drinks because they were understaffed with lots of customers. The drinks were good but expensive. The atmosphere and vibe was nice but gets pretty cramped when there’s many people ordering and sitting down.

The employees here are really friendly! Gabe was super amazing in making sure my first boba drink ever was perfect. I will definitely be coming back because of them. I tried the Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Creme Brulee Milk and it was god-tier!
