Our service was attentive with our party of 8, the ambience is nice. I enjoyed the appetizer more than the food. I ate a goat cheese salad and the Bolognese squash pasta. I like to enjoy something new every time , the pasta wasn't. The bread is a good sin of calories, at an additional price for a piece

One of the best restaurants in Atlanta. Period.

Came here for my birthday dinner. The flavors were delicious and unexpected. I was expecting more "new American", but Chef Jared has traveled extensively through Asia and showcases those flavors in his menu. The dishes were well thought out, and the wine pairings were too. They are clearly getting ready for a Michelin star, and I hope they'll get it! After over a decade away from Atlanta and most of it in Chicago, I knew Atlanta will always have amazing flavors, but this was more than I knew this city has. I'm so excited to be back home, and so happy to have found The Alden so close to home!

Just ok. We were really looking forward to our meal at the The Alden. Unfortunately the menu and execution we felt was not good. Our party had the wagyu steak and sea bass with crab and both were very poor. We would have loved to have liked this restaurant but honestly can’t recommend it.

Highly recommend the Alden. - Not only was the food absolutely exceptional, but the service was enthusiastic and really added to the experience. The host was kind, welcoming, and playful. My server was knowledgeable and very obviously excited about the menu items. - As someone who is a huge fan of making “perfect bites” when I go out and including everything on my fork, I can genuinely say there is no wrong way to eat these dishes. Every combination you could make with the ingredients present just takes you on another delightful journey of taste. Everything was perfectly executed from textured to flavor. - Not to mention, the plating is unforgettably stunning. The meticulously poured sauces, stacked veggies, crunchy crumbles… it’s nothing short of enticing and, again, memorable. - In addition, the space is equipped with an open kitchen. Being able to watch such passionate chefs at work is nothing short of inspiring; plus, with the constant visuals and scents you’re salivating before your plates are even dropped. The experience sears into you as a whole and I’m very eager to return and burn more of the Alden into my mind. Alden team: Thank you for existing as you are, I look forward to your continued success. Overall, my experience at the restaurant was satisfactory. However, I noticed that there seems to be an emphasis on the presentation of the food rather than the quality of the ingredients. Specifically, I ordered the wagyu, but I found the quality of the meat to be lacking. It didn't taste very fresh, which was disappointing. Despite this, everything else about the restaurant was pretty good.

Great restaurant and environment for date night or business meeting. First time visiting, we booked the chefs tasting. They seat you at the bar so you can watch the kitchen staff work their magic. Met chef Jared and hearing his passion and stories added to the experience. They gave us a surprise happy anniversary card and mango sorbet and you don’t find that very often!! 7 course dinner with some snacks was tasty but very filling. Favorite items were the pork belly and passion fruit dessert. It is Michelin recommended, so advise getting a reservation. For future, being a foodie and particular, they will have to continue heightening the level of all dishes to get a Michelin star. We will definitely be coming back. Parking: Free valet
