PLEASE MANAGERS— I need you to know that your employee Addison is an absolute angel and went out of her way to go above and beyond. My friend and I are from out of town (from Tampa) and this was our first time visiting. Addison heard us say we had a rough day and she single handedly was the best part of our day that was very hard before getting to dinner. She was attentive, personable, gave great suggestions, and was overall an incredible human being. You HAVE to recognize her- more than just printing this out and pinning it to the office memo board in the back. A real recognition like a bonus! Congrats on having a star employee!

The chicken flautas and chicken empanadas were really good! We went Friday night to the Food Factory and the atmosphere was nice and family friendly

Real authentic Mexican food! If you like Taco Bell or Tex-Mex, this is NOT the place for you. Bad reviews are coming from people who do not appreciate REAL Mexican food Ambiance is beautiful and service can not be more perfect! Can not wait to come back!

the uber eats is never on. i tried to to place an order on the website but it still wouldn’t let me. says “online ordering unavailable.” i really want to support this restaurant but i can’t if i cannot get it delivered.

Tried a few different tacos for Taco Tuesday and it was very underwhelming. Took way longer than it should to get order for 3 tacos. I couldn't tell the difference between the chicken and the pork. Each taco had too much meat and not much else. Tortillas were soggy and fell apart instantly. Steak taco was SUPER salty!! Flavor was pretty awful and most of the meat was chewy and had lots of random pieces of fat mixed in. Hard pass until they work all these issues out. Small plus the salsa verde was decent but couldn't save these tacos. Food factory is off to a bumpy start it seems.

Came here for the first time. It will be the last time.I've had better. Too pricey for what u get. I had steak tacos they were warm. No flavor . Drinks weren't great. My friend had quesadilla was warm also. They were out of shrimp , carnitas and something else. I have never been to a Mexican place where u don't get chips and salsa or rice with your meal. I have gotten alot more food for what we paid tonight. Very disappointed

The food it was really good, service excellent and the flamenco dance amazing. I hope they do more live music events. My wife and I get the churrasco pincho we enjoy it.
