I've been going to Thang Long for 13 years. I like their food, but lately their customer service is abysmal. A couple of weeks ago I called during their posted business hours and heard a 'click' after 2-3 rings and was disconnected. I called 5 times, and on my 6th call some kid answered and said they are open. Not answering their phone 5x in a row isn't good service. Tonight I called several times and reached a generic telco voicemail. So I walked a mile there and arrived one hour before their posted Saturday closing time of 8:30. Their roll-down gate was closed and there was no sign indicating why they were closed. Apparently Thang Long is going out of business, don't want customers, and aren't worth wasting your time on anymore. They used to be good.
me and my mom came to this establishment looking for another place, the waiter said we were at the right place (lied). we ordered pho tai (beef pho) and my mom ordered pho ga with a half of chicken. the chicken came out and smelled days old, I couldn’t even finish my meal because the smell was so horrid. pho usually takes a few minutes to come out, the waiter took about 10 mins max to bring out food. I like trying new places but if we wouldve known we weren’t right at the right place we could’ve avoided that entire experience. customer service was ok.
Solid noodles north of berks.
Some of the best Pho broth in the city.
I ordered ubereats with them and a long hair was in my food that went through the noodles. I’ve ordered here multiple time and this is the last time. Really disappointed.
I love their chicken soup. I know its called something else but they know what you're talking about if you ask for chicken noodle soup. The herbs, chicken, and broth are SO FRESH AND JUST GOOD! I had some for lunch and am thinking about getting it again for dinner.
Vegetarian pho has a very off-putting smell.. says mixed vegetables but only comes with mushroom in it. The veggie spring rolls has no vegetables in it, has a potato like consistency.. strange experience, did not enjoy.
