Thali

Amazing food. I was skeptical at first because it is a vegetarian restaurant. But once I took a few bites, it blew my mind how good it was.

Nourishing & delicious with a great outdoor patio, Thali is always a good choice.

Great vegetarian/ vegan food. Flavor is there chef. I got the Samosa Chaat, awesome; and my mother got the Uttapam, which she loved. She told the gentleman she couldnt handle too spicy, which they accommodated to w/ pride. The only thing that threw me was 4$ hot chai per person or cup (I was unaware of cost), but nothing beats authentic and we were both pleased with the outcome. Apologies if I came off rude looking for the receipt ‍↕️ .

My husband and I were blown away by our first visit to Thali. The unique structure of one-plate-fits-all gave us both opportunities to try delicious foods that were new to us but clearly steeped in tradition. We tried the golden milk and chai - sooo good. Service was super friendly and promptly refilled our bowls (and we wanted refills of pretty much everything!) If you’re in Reno and looking for an authentic North Indian plate, this is the place to go.

My 2 year old gave me kisses after giving her some of my vegetarian burrito & sweet lassi because she enjoyed it so much. Just moved here from Chicago and so pleased to have found Thali. Food is flavorful & service is amazing! Love that we can order vegetarian, vegan, & gluten free options! Can't wait to sign up for cooking classes! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Burrito

The food was great, but the service was terrible

Super great food, it was quite the meal. Had a variety of things to eat. I will definitely go again.

I had an incredible meal with wonderful, friendly, helpful service here at Thali while on my visit to Reno. For just a couple extra bucks, I was able to get the "unlimited" option and get refills on my food, which was such a steal. I was so pleased to find out they have a vegan option for their platter, and I was so satisfied with my meal. Pictured, I had vegan yogurt, a potato entree, zucchini entree, and yellow lentil entree, as well as a sweet rice pudding, some pickled vegetables, and chutney. It came with bread and underneath was basmati rice. I hear they have weekly rotating entrees, so if I lived here in Reno I know I'd be coming back all the time to try everything.
